I've been going to Dr. Kaner for over 20 years. He is my "go to" for complex dental issues. I trust his judgment and knowledge implicitly. He is a great diagnostician and amazing surgeon. His staff are so welcoming that they make me feel like "family"

Dr. Kaner has cured me of my fear of dental procedures. I used to think I needed to be knocked out to get work done on my teeth, but he proved me wrong. The excellent chair-side manner, super-friendly staff, and patient-centered focus is outstanding. I had implants done by someone else and experienced soreness and swelling, but when Dr. Kaner put an implant in for me in September 2021, I was shocked that I had absolutely no pain the next day. It was like magic. I also appreciate the detailed explanations of my options and individualized care, He really puts thought into each patient as a unique individual. I live abroad and when I come back to the US to visit family and vacation, Dr. Kaner and the staff have always been so incredibly flexible with my appointment scheduling which I appreciate so much. I wouldn't consider anywhere else.

Had I known what a carefree experience having two implants and a sinus lift would be, I would have spared myself a few sleepless nights of worrying; as I was soon to find out, for no reason at all. I have had large tori on the inside of my lower jaw since childhood- and thought them perfectly normal. Recently those on the left side of my inner jaw started protruding through my gums. It was very painful. I went to see Dr Kaner to have them removed from the inside of my lower left jaw. He did an amazing job. It took about 2 hours and I was expecting major pain afterwards- However I followed his post op advice and only needed 2 doses of advil afterwards. The pain the following day was negligible- I'm ecstatic because now the lower left half of my inner jaw is what is thought to be "normal"- Something I have never experienced. I will follow through after several months and have the other side done as well. Thank you Dr. Kaner!!

Many years, several implants, (almost) painless procedures and excellent results qualifies me to enthusiastically recommend Dr. Kaner. He is a caring, patient perfectionist and his staff reflects his high standards. I'm not inclined to superlatives or endorsements but this practice warrants both.

I came to Dr. Kaner because my dentist referred me to him. Dr. Kaner's office is conveniently located near GCT. Staff is friendly and helpful. Doctor did a wonderful job extracting a problem tooth and giving it an implant. The surgery was more than two hours but it didn't hurt! Doctor called me the evening of the surgery to make sure everything was okay. I would recommend Dr. Kaner to my friends if one needs an extraction/ implant.

My dentist strongly recommended Dr. Kaner for my dental implants. I am very pleased with his work so far. Dr. Kaner performed a painless tooth extraction and bone graft which 6 months later formed well developed bone. He then implanted the titanium rod to the bone and also did at the same time, with my earlier discussed permission, this procedure in another toothless region in the same left upper posterior of my gum llne. Even though he allotted the entire morning for these procedures, he completed the painless process in 90 minutes. It was a great success which was proven by the post procedure X-rays which he showed me. I have had no pain since the procedure and haven't the need to take any pain relievers. . I highly recommend this gifted,, skillful periodontist. What was also great were his and his dental assistant's nice, warm personalities and his explanation of everything that will take place before performing any work and her thorough discharge instructions.

When I had a gum-related infection, my long-time dentist sent me to Dr. Kaner. Dr. Kaner takes the time to understand the issues and then formulates a treatment plan. In what is an all-too-rare practice in the current medical field, Dr. Kaner invited me to a private discussion of my symptoms, his treatment plan and scheduled a follow-up to ensure the predicted results were manifested in reality. Additionally, Dr. Kaner phoned me the day after seeing him to ensure I got all the necessary meds he phoned-in to my pharmacy and that I understood how to implement the treatment plan. The infection was almost immediately eradicated and literally all elements of the plan have led to an overall improvement in my oral health, which was confirmed at my follow-up appointment. Incidentally, Dr. Kaner is what I would call a "dynamic" individual: an artist, an inventor, a listener, a teacher and most importantly a highly skilled periodontal practitioner. Dr. Kaner is Highly recommended.

Hi! My name is Oksana and I am a patient of Dr. Kaner. Even though I still have three more implants to be done I would like to share my experience. I had to do lots of grafting before implants were put in place and doctor did a great job with that. First of all he is very patient and attentive to his patients and the work he does. Second of all he does his work professionally no doubt about it. The staff is very friendly and the office is clean. So far so good! This was my first surgery with Dr. Kaner: extraction of a fractured tooth which was abcessed, and and placing an implant. All done pain-free and quietly in 1 hour 90 minutes. His entire staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable throughout and was greatly impressed with Dr. Kaner's quiet manner, high tech resources and equipment. He explained the procedure in detail and it was most reassuring that he and his assistant Twana worked in perfect harmony. I strongly recommend his practice!
